Privacy policy

Last updated October 29, 2026

Rival Road isn't out yet. This is how we plan to handle your information, and we'll update this page before the app ships if anything changes. The short version: the app won't collect any information about you. There's no account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.

The app

What stays on your iPhone

Your progress, unlocked cars and arenas, and settings stay on your iPhone. We never receive them. Rival Road has no servers of its own.

Nearby matches

iOS asks for permission to find nearby devices. Rival Road uses it to connect to your friend's phone in the same room over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Match data goes straight from one phone to the other. Nothing passes through a server.

Online matches

Online matches run on Apple's Game Center. Signing in to Game Center is optional and only needed for online play. Apple handles your Game Center account under Apple's privacy policy, and we don't receive your Apple ID or contact details.

Purchases

Rival Road Pro is bought through Apple. Apple handles the payment and tells the app only whether it's unlocked. We never see your name, email or card details.

This website

playrivalroad.com counts page visits so we know whether anyone is reading it. It uses Polyology's own cookie-less counter, which stores daily totals and a one-way hash that changes every day, never IP addresses, and skips browsers that send Do Not Track. It also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track you across sites. Amazon Web Services hosts the site. If you email us, we use your message only to reply, or to send the one launch note you asked for.

Children

The app will collect no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Questions go to contact@polyology.co. Rival Road is made by Polyology. The Polyology privacy policy covers our other products.
